Courteous staff/owner quick to respond to queries and requests. Very clean. Great breakfast set at a large communal table where you can interact with fellow guests. Various restaurants within walking distance. 10€ taxi ride from train station.
No AC therefore we had to keep windows open but then we were susceptible to road traffic noises. Not a lot but enough to be noticed.

Location was perfect for my needs, but it's also not so far (20-25 mins) from the city center and it takes around 30 mins to get to Città Alta.
Hosts were exceptionally nice.
The building gives cozy feeling, all is clean and nicely decorated, me and my guest enjoyed having our dinner on the big balcony near my room.
The kitchen is big and has all the needed facilities in case you want to cook.
The room didn't have a window, so when it was hot or you just wanted some air you needed to open the door. Additional problem: the moment you open the door, mosquitoes are coming. That was probably my only inconvenience.
