About this cottage rental
Located between town and countryside, this accommodation is an ideal place for a stay or a stopover. Ground floor: living room (ornamental fireplace, sofa, etc.), equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), shower room, toilet, laundry. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with toilet. WIFI connection. Gas central heating (extra: €13/day) From 04/01/2026 to 03/05/2026 and from 18/10/2026 to 03/01/[hidden] m² courtyard and 300 m² private enclosed garden (no barbecue but gas plancha, lockable bike shelter). Pets accepted but mandatory cleaning fee supplement (€60) to be paid on site to the owners. Non-smoking accommodation. Your cottage is privileged to be located at the gateway to Tours, close to various highways, the TGV train station, and the airport: a strategic location for easily exploring our region and reaching the most beautiful tourist sites. With major cultural events just minutes away (Vinci International Convention Center in Tours, Exhibition Center, Theater, etc.), the charming town of Saint-Avertin offers you a most pleasant living environment. The comfort of your cottage, its garden, and its veranda, ideal for the off-season, will provide you with rest and well-being. Between town and countryside, your cottage is adjacent to the Loire Valley's major tourist sites: Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Loches, Langeais, etc. The Loire à Vélo, Indre à Vélo, and Cher à Vélo routes are magnificent cycling routes perfect for discovering the Touraine landscapes. The renowned vineyards of the Loire Valley are a must-see.
