We found the location ideal. We do not travel by car so we walked wherever we wanted to go and the area is full of beautiful villas to see. Downtown is a quick 15 minutes as are the lovely parks. Contact with the owner via text or phone was great; good communication.
Since we returned to the villa after dark both nights we stayed (after dining downtown) night lighting by the front door would have been a great help, either on a automatic or a motion sensor switch. We had to use our phone torches to light the outside stairs and the keyhole.

great location. Had lots of character. The bathroom was renovated. Great balcony.
The furniture is pretty old. The kitchen is very small. No oven. It is a bit cramped. Parking was hit or miss.
