Beautiful place right near the convention center where I was attending a conference. The host was very communicative and helpful.

Everything worked well from booking to check in. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The hob only has two rings but that was fine as we didn't cook much. The terrace is large and gets the morning sun. Although it is overlooked from the apartments above the canopy over the seating area makes it feel nice and private.
The location is about a 20 min walk to the centre or the station. There may be busses but we walked as are relatively fit and it's a straightforward walk.
The host was very accommodating and fast to reply re check in etc and offered help during our stay but this was not something we needed as have family in Bologna.
Great experience, would recommend and stay again.
