Ancient stone house, with three bedrooms, porch and surrounded by a garden and a large park, in the heart of Tuscany.
Podere Santa Cecilia - "The grandparents' house".
On the ground floor of an ancient Tuscan stone house, in the Montagnola Senese area, we offer a large 210m² apartment with traditional fine furnishings, with three bedrooms, 8 beds, two bathrooms, a large living room with fireplace and a large kitchen . On two sides of the house there is a beautiful porch, overlooking the lawn, where you can spend relaxing moments. You can walk in the large park of old oak trees behind the house to the pond. You can immerse yourself in reading or relax on the lawn, in complete solitude and looking up, among the branches of the trees, you will see the profile of the surrounding hills covered with woods. We have ample parking facilities with many parking spaces, one of which is covered. We are easily accessible from the Siena-Florence motorway junction, the house is in the municipality of Casole d’Elsa about 2 km from the small village of Pievescola, where there are shops and restaurants. If you love walking and moving there are many marked paths for walking and hiking and mountain biking. A few km from us there is the possibility of riding courses and horseback riding and also of bicycle rental. An ideal stay for those who love nature and tranquility, sports activities and an exceptional starting point to easily reach some of the most important places of historical and cultural interest in Tuscany such as Siena (30 km), Florence (60 km), San Gimignano (30 km), Monteriggioni (25 km), Volterra (35 km), Castellina in Chianti (32km). Not to mention that in just over an hour's drive you can also get to the sea, on the splendid Maremma coast.
