Good location, really cute and bijou
I found the room a bit cold, heating was on but it was just a bit cool
To get to the property you have to go round the back which is a bit dark

The host couple were so lovely, helpful, friendly and made you feel at home.
After setting our alarms all week for work we didn't want to really set the alarm for over the New year Bank holiday, we just found breakfast between 8-9am over the bank holiday period was a tad too early. Also after a cold new years day walk all we wanted was a hot shower and a cosy warm room. When we got back there was no heating on and the room was Baltic. Couldn't get hold of the host. Spent a few hours wrapped up in a lot of clothing and bed quilt wrapped around us. We did mention at breakfast and they did apologise.

Privacy and quiet and an excellent location for all the village amenities
A hanger for wet coats on inside of door would have been good. We did have exceptionally wet weather during our stay.

No beans on the full English. Sausages tasted like they were going off.
Didn’t like having to ask for the heating to be turned on in the evening.
