Lovely quiet park. Whole place was well maintained, clean and tidy. Caravan was perfect, modern and exceptionally clean. Staff were lovely and friendly.

The caravan was extremely clean, well equipped, very comfortable beds and much more spacious than other caravans we’ve stayed in.
Only downside was the 5am bin collection twice in the week, as the bins are located next to it. It only woke myself up and not the rest of the family so earplugs might be useful to take.

Absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing couldn’t do enough for you . The caravan was spotless and had everything you needed . Well done Royal Oak our holiday was amazing

the space in the caravan , not worth the money
We booked a caravan based on photograph on booking.com we prayed £437.40 for a 3 night stay , we thought we were going to get a luxury caravan but got a , what i would call a standard rental caravan , no table 7 chairs on the decking to relax on
