Semi-detached house adjoining the owner's property. Ground floor: Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2). Wood-burning stove. TV. Kitchenette (gas hob, soft pod coffee machine, toaster, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment). Utility room (washing machine and cleaning supplies). Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with its own shower room. Separate WC. Stairs leading to the bedroom are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Private enclosed courtyard. Covered shelter. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking in the shared courtyard (2 vehicles). Non-smoking property. Main heating by wood-burning stove, supplemented by electric convectors (charged extra as a daily or weekly flat rate). Bed linen and towels available for hire. Optional cleaning service. Travel cot and high chair available. No arrivals possible after 8:00 pm. No Wi-Fi. In the heart of the Normandy countryside, Eric and Lucile welcome you to their farm. Facing the orchard and verdant meadows, this is the ideal place to relax and escape from your daily routine. The owners have converted a two-story cottage, perfect for couples, with a beautiful upstairs bedroom and its own private bathroom. Eric raises his sheep with passion and will be delighted to introduce you to the Avranchin breed, which he champions. Close to Granville and Mont Saint-Michel, you can enjoy the region's beautiful beaches and the treasures of this legendary bay!
