About this apartment rental
Appartamento San Michele is a luxury apartment located in the heart of Lucca. It was recently restored to a very high standard and most of the decorations were done personally by the owner, a well-known local painter.
The owner personally took care of the furniture, the Lucchese decorated grit floors and the fabrics chosen with extreme taste to create a very sophisticated atmosphere and a very pleasant atmosphere.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with a desk, a living area with a three-seater sofa and an armchair positioned in front of the TV and always in the same room a table with four chairs.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with a dining table with 6 seats and a laundry area with washing machine and sink.
The entrance leads to two double bedrooms and a bathroom, one of the double bedrooms has another en-suite bathroom.

This apartment was well located in the center of Lucca near Piazza San Michele. It has been very nicely remodeled and the photos in the description are very accurate. The unit was very clean and comfortable and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glassware and cooking utensils for those who wish to eat in. For breakfast, there is an excellent bakery and several cafes close by.
The only negatives I would mention is that the apartment faces a narrow street with pedestrian traffic, so the window lighting is not bright, and there can be street noise from loud people at night. Also, this apartment is on the first floor above ground level, so there is a flight of stairs. These issues did not really bother us and we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is within walking distance of all the things we wanted to see, the walk on the walls, the Puccini Museum, the amphitheatre, churches, restaurants and shops.
The apartment is quite large and beautifully appointed. Maika met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.
