About this house rental
In an old farmhouse, this 70m² accommodation will welcome you for your stays in the Ile de France. A calm garden, an indoor swimming pool heated to 30 degrees will allow you to relax after your visits to Paris (25km), Versailles (40km), Eurodisney (50km) or the Astérix park (30km).
Unless you opt for forest walks (Montmorency Forest at the end of the street), mountain biking or horse riding (equestrian center within 5km). You can also enjoy the Oise valley or the Impressionist landscapes (Auvers sur Oise at 4 km).
Bikes are available for walks in the forest or in the surroundings (adults and children).

Located in the village, the house is not suitable for noisy events (parties, receptions) but is suitable for weekends with family, friends or couples.
A contribution to the heating costs of the swimming pool is requested outside the summer period (from 15/10 to 15/05)

Good location for train station to Paris 40 mins. Also 30 mins to Chantilly by car. Quiet neighbourhood, pool good, good for 4 people.

Nous avons passé un week-end de Pâques formidable dans la maison de Guillaume.
Le jardin est une véritable invitation à la sérénité.
Avec la superbe table de jardin, le barbecue et la piscine, nous nous sommes vraiment sentis en vacances !
Merci à Guillaume pour son accueil et cette "parenthèse ressourçante". Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Charmant petit logement bien aménagé. Beau jardin. Belle piscine bien chauffée. Le propriétaire est charmant. Le gros point noir concerne les literies à changer absolument.
