Very pleasant lower villa of 110 m2 just 200 m from the sea in the beautiful town of Carqueiranne located between Toulon and Hyères. Located 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk from the Provencal port and shops.

We had a nice time in the beautiful apartment. The apartment is very large, modern furnished and has everything you need. The landlady was very nice and sympathetic. We would like to come again.

We had such an amazing stay! Anne was an amazing host, who was available for everything we needed. The apartments was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels, beach umbrella, cooking extras (salt, oil...). Everything was impeccably clean and the bedrooms were very comfortable.
The highlight was the terrasse with the view of the water. We were privileged to be a short 5 minute walk to the Pradon plage, with parking included in front of the apartment (the street parking clearly fills up during thr day, so this is a real plus!).
The location is perfect, a short walk along the beach to town and the many restaurants on the port (15 minutes walking), or walking to the beach club on Pradon plage for a drink or dinner.
We were sad to leave at the end of our stay and will certainly look forward to returning in the future!

The apartment is outstanding. Possibly the best rental property we have ever used. A
Absolutely everything you could need was there. The only things to consider are the road leading to the property is rough gravel and not easy to locate and the communication could have been a little better as there was no information sent with the address on which meant we had to ring the property owner a couple of times....not easy but not problematic.
Lovely helpful hosts. Loved staying there.
