The recently restored farmhouse offers a fantastic view of the picturesque countryside in a luxurious setting, with the swimming pool perfectly inserted in the surrounding rural context.
Terzerie is the ideal place to spend holidays surrounded by nature and well positioned as a starting point for exploring many of Tuscany's most legendary cities and towns, an ideal place for family holidays and gatherings of friends.
In the living rooms and in the kitchen of the Country House, there are wood-burning fireplaces that preserve the ancient charm and help to represent the lifestyle and essence of Tuscany. Every detail has been taken care of and contributes to your daily relaxation.
Terzerie offers 5 guest rooms and an annex obtained from the old barn, completely renovated consisting of 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The house and the barn can accommodate 12 people plus 2 children.
Terzerie is a few kilometers from the sea near Punta Ala and Castiglione della Pescaia.
The areas surrounding the estate are particularly suitable for wine production, in the localities of Montemassi, Massa Marittima, Scansano.
Siena, Florence, the areas of Chianti, Montalcino, Capalbio, the Argentario, the Tuscan archipelago and all the numerous historical and eno gastronomic itineraries that make Tuscany famous all over the world are easily reachable from our house.
Terzerie Country House, completely renovated spread over two floors; on the ground floor there are two entrances, an entrance which leads into a large living room, the kitchen and a double bedroom with bathroom as well as a laundry room and a service bathroom. The upper floor can be accessed both from an internal and an external staircase, you reach another living room which gives access to the four bedrooms all equipped with a bathroom.
Wood-burning fireplaces are made in the living rooms and in the kitchen. Particular attention was paid during the restoration to the quality of the materials used for thermal and acoustic insulation; the roof is ventilated, heating is made with a radiant floor, the walls are insulated with cork and finished with natural materials such as lime and ecological paints. All bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside the kitchen there are two gazebos suitable for staying and eating in the sun.
To the side of the Country House, there is a room inside which a barbecue has been created with all the amenities to be able to cook and relax outdoors under a pergola.
Il Fienile is the annex used as a small apartment with lounge, kitchenette and double bedroom with bathroom. It too is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning.
In front of the house there is a large swimming pool surrounded by a wooden fence and hedges to ensure maximum cleanliness and privacy of the place. In the pool area there are changing rooms, a shower and an adequate number of deck chairs and umbrellas to ensure pleasant relaxation.
