Green House Desenzano

Prime location in a lovely area. Access to surrounding area was great. Suitable for 5-6 people (ensuite bedroom in basement downstairs, & 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on ground-floor allows for some privacy within the group). Fits our accessibility needs, mostly. Comfy beds and overall very clean. Helpful host, who provided everything that we asked for. Short walk to bus-stop, & good supermarkets nearby (but much easier with car).

Despite info & photo about the swimming pool on property website, we arrived to discover it is only for a different property on the same complex! Although property didn't promise to be wheelchair-accessible, it wasn't clear in advance that there are about 5 steps up from the car park to get to the gate of the villa (would have been impossible to deal with without strong helpers). Once at the gate, however, there were no issues with access in garden or on ground floor inside. But a ramp (eg the portable one that the gardener came with 1 day) would be useful for guests with some accessibility requirements.
