Excellent value, great facilities and property very clean and well equipped. The host was also very responsive. The property is in a great quiet residential area but close to a lovely cafe, supermarket, a bus stop with great connectivity and a nice quiet beach. The pool was great, quiet but in a beautiful garden. The outside eating area was a really nice place to eat, particularly breakfast.
These are minor points in the scheme of things, but would make the stay truly exceptional: sun loungers to use in the pool area. A bbq (but understand these are not allowed in the complex.

Well-equipped apartment in a modern, secure condominium. A 10-minute walk up a hill from the beach and several restaurants. Easy to get to with public transport once you understand the bus-lines, etc. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms and beds. Very nice pool, and larger than we expected. Very close to a well-stocked supermarket and a simple café for breakfast or a snack. The owner was very helpful and met us at the bus-stop when we arrived.
More information could be provided about local buses, but perhaps most people rent a car? - what one needs to think about with regards to the apartment, etc. For example: we bought the wrong type of coffee pods for the machine. If you are from northern Europe it also hurts one's heart to through all the rubbish in a single bin. There is recycling on the street, but no information about how to recycle in the apartment. It would have been nice to know the host's name...

El apartamento cuenta con todo lo que necesitas, la zona es muy tranquila, la urbanización es muy familiar, además cuenta con una plaza de parking y hay un Mercadona al lado.
Lo recomiendo 100,%
El año que viene repetimos.
No puedo poner ni una pega.
