In the green Tuscan countryside, ideal for relaxation. Hilly landscape, typical Tuscan farmhouse from the 1800s. Garden with olive trees and vineyards, rural family hospitality. In the middle of the Pisan hills, but close to cities of art such as Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, the sea with the Livorno coast and the beaches of Versilia. We stayed for almost a week and we absolutely loved every day there! It is a great location for visiting the Tuscany area and the cities during the day and then coming back for the pool in the midday when the cities are too hot. The communication with Cecilia and her family was also great. If we ever needed something, she was always there to help us. Overall a perfect holiday. We can only recommend it!

For us, the location and everything was perfect. Pisa, Florence etc easy to reach. Really enjoyed our stay and were made to feel very welcome. Any problems were dealt with swiftly by Cecelia. Would highly recommend for a typical Tuscan holiday

Me and my friend loved staying at Sant’Ermo!
Cecilia is a wonderful and helpful host and her farm house is divine.
The apartment is very spacious and clean. It got very hot the days we stayed there, so the pool was really a must and very pleasant. There are fruit trees all around the property which I thought it was a really nice touch. You must have a car though, because the property is surrounded by vineyards and it’s just more convenient to get around. I highly recommend this place if you want to relax and get away from the city life.
