Large ground floor apartment of about 50 square meters. composed of living room kitchen, a double / twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. The unit is fully furnished in classic Tuscan style with solid wood furniture and the ceilings are wooden beams. The equipment includes all kitchen utensils, complete sets of light blankets, quilts and pillows. The apartment has a private garden with outdoor table and chairs and private parking spaces within walking distance.
LIVING ROOM
Large living room with entrance, equipped with a double sofa bed, in this area is placed the TV. Dining area with large and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
ROOM
The room can be a double or double single bed on request, equipped with wardrobe, bedside tables, mirror and chair.
BATHROOM
The bathroom, with window, is equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and large shower. In the bathroom there are various towels and an extensible clothesline for laundry.
The property has a swimming pool available to guests of the apartments, poolside chairs and umbrellas are available.
The use of swimming pools is allowed from May to September, depending on the weather conditions of the season and is shared with other guests of the property.
The property is part of a group of buildings that form the reconstruction of a typical rural village of ancient Tuscany. The area offers important places of tourist interest such as Volterra, Certaldo, Castelfiorentino, San Gimignano and also the cities of Florence, Siena and Pisa.
