About this house rental
Brand New Bay View Villa with Large Private Pool, located in Acapulco's most exclusive residential area, Punta Diamante.
The place is secluded, calm and surrounded by nature. Puerto Marqués Bay is known for it's incredible sunsets and diverse flora and fauna.
Enjoy paradisiac scenes while still being able to visit many of Acapulco's points of interest and comercial spots just a couple of minutes away. Nowhere-else can you choose to avoid crowds, stay in complete tranquility (even during high season) or opt for all sorts of recreational activities.
This property can comfortably accommodate between 8 and 12 people.
An extra fee per person applies for groups over 8 people, please provide accurate guest number details while booking.
All bedrooms and common areas are equipped with independently controlled brand new air conditioning systems.
TV room can be used as a fourth bedroom, four complete shower/bathrooms are available for our guests.
Linens and towels are provided, kitchen is equipped, just bring your own groceries.
Cook or any extra services are not included in the price, but available at request.

Cook: 30 usd
Per day, working hours 9am to 6pm.
Other services can be quoted in advance.
Free transportation to Revolcadero beach is included, it takes less than 3 minutes to get there, all guests can take the ride at the same time since it's a big open safari type van that services exclusively our closed neighbourhood.
At the beach, guests can either stay at Sukha & Sal Beach Club (extra cost per person applies) or walk to the Princess hotel and spend the day at their beach (there's a good beach palapa restaurant managed by the hotel there).
The neighbourhood:
Many eating options in less than a 3 mile radius, as well as supermarkets (Walmart and Sams Club) just a few minutes away.
Diamante Bus station only 5 minutes away from the property.
La Isla Shopping Village and Mundo Imperial (events, concerts, restaurants, shops), 10 minutes.
Airport less than 15 minutes away.
Quick Access to Revolcadero beach
Princess Hotel, Golf Course, Tennis Courts and Xtasea Zipline less than 1.5 miles away!

The property is not suitable for kids running around the pool area and stairs.
