About this house rental
Well-appointed holiday home of 35 m2, partly renovated in 2017 and high-rise with water views. The house is located on the east coast approx. 30 km. from the Danish / German border and 8 km. to Sønderborg. Within walking distance is 100m to the area's best beach, where you can swim, surf, fish or just relax with a stroll.
The house is equipped with kitchen, bedroom, toilet and living room. Heating consists of electric heating as well as solar panels.
- The bedroom contains a double bed, hangers for hanging clothes and chest of drawers with space for clothes.
- The toilet contains a shower, toilet and hand basin.
- The kitchen has the necessary items including fridge and cooker incl. extractor hood. From the kitchen window there is a sea view.
- The living room has a lovely dining area with 6 chairs and also lovely view of the water, a sofa consisting of 2 good mattresses which can function well as sleeping places for 2 extra people.
- The whole house is equipped with internet connection via wifi as well as a flat screen with access to many TV programs in the living room.
- The outdoor area consists of a new landscaped terrace where the water view and the sun can be enjoyed in several places during the day. Furthermore, garden furniture and barbecue are available. The plot is 700 m2 laid in grass which can be used for other outdoor activities.
The house caters primarily for couples but can of course be used up to 4 people as stated.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Please note that hybrid/electric cars may not be charged via the holiday home's mains.
The holiday house can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday.
On the day of departure electricity consumption is settled: €0.40 / DKK 3 per kWh.

WE really loved thé summer house. It was tiny but very cosy and the kitchen had all the appliances for cooking. We enjoyed thé différent terrasses surrounding thé cottage.
