About this house rental
This rental, exposed SOUTH is arranged with taste, close to the village of Crozon (5 MIN on foot), the beaches and the GR34 trail.
Family house of 120m2 spacious and bright. Large terrace on raised and closed ground.
* ground floor: large living room overlooking the terrace and garden, with TV and internet access - fitted kitchen also overlooking the terrace. - bedroom (140x190) - bathroom - separate toilet.
* Upstairs: a mezzanine - a bathroom - 3 bedrooms (160x200 / 140x190 / 90x190) - Separate toilet.
* Baby / child equipment: high chair, cot with its mattress, toilet pot and toilet reducer.
* Outside: landscaped garden, terrace with barbecue / gas grill, parking space and a large storage space in the basement of the house to store your bikes, boards, ...
It is located 600 m from the town of Crozon where you can find its small daily market and the big fair in the summer on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month and shops.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der Garten ist sehr schön, komplett umzäunt und auch perfekt für Hunde und Kinder.
Das Babybett war leider kaputt, aber es wurde (nach etwas Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten) ein neues Bett gekauft und zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Man ist schnell zu Fuß im Ort (Bäckerei, Supermarkt etc.), der Weg zum Meer geht jedoch steil bergab, was man nachher auch wieder rauf muss. Das sollte man bedenken.
Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

accueil très sympathique, rien ne manque à cette propriété très bien située dans un quartier très calme à proximité des plus beaux payasages de Bretagne.
