This Assisi villa rental is a lovely 5 bedroom villa with private pool. It provides the perfect base for anyone wanting to explore this part of Italy. The property is linked with a nearby spa resort which guests are welcome to visit to indulge in one of their beauty treatments or massages for an additional fee. Guests can also use the tennis courts and bowling alley here and can hire bikes for a small additional cost.
The Space:
Inside, this Assisi villa rental is set over two floors. In total there are 5 bedrooms, all enjoying an ensuite bathroom with shower and all located on the first floor of the villa. Please note that access to these is via an external staircase only. There is no internal staircase linking them. The master bedroom is particularly spacious with a large ensuite boasting a jacuzzi bath and 'his and her' sinks.
On the ground floor of this Assisi villa rental there is a large kitchen and a living area which overlooks the pool outside. There is also a second living area in the property with both formal seating and comfortable sofas and armchairs.
The property is tastefully furnished throughout and the decor of this Assisi villa rental is in keeping with a traditional Umbrian farmhouse. Exposed beams and terracotta beams add character whilst the furniture is high quality with wonderful hand-painted wooden chests and wardrobes. It truly is an opportunity to spend time in an authentic Italian villa.
The space outside is just as impressive. There is a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, open from mid May to end September each year. For those who like to eat al fresco, there is a wood-fired oven in the garden which is ideal for meats and pizza.
Pets are welcome on request but please note that there is an additional charge of 80 euros per pet to cover additional cleaning costs. This fee is payable locally on arrival.

We stayed in the villa for two weeks with our extended family. There was plenty of space to hang together and separately. We hired cars and explored nearby towns and the villa was fantastic as a base to reach all these places. The pool is huge and there are great facilities to cook on site including a wood burning oven outside which we made pizzas on. We played tennis and borrowed bikes from the hotel. It could have been slightly cleaner, we had an hours free cleaning a day but the place needed a more regular deeper clean inside the furniture etc. Other than this everything was fantastic and we had a really lovely time.
