About this house rental
CàStanga is in the Bolognese countryside, at the foot of the hill, near the via Emilia and the Valsamoggia toll booth (2km). The house is located in a rustic context with a farm (somarelli, geese, chickens ...) and animals are welcome. Being in the center of Emilia, we are in an optimal position both for those who want to visit the region and for those who need a stop to reach more distant destinations. It is therefore the solution suitable for those who love nature, but want the proximity of the communication routes.
The house consists of a single apartment of 80 m2 plus garden; not being close to us, we guarantee privacy and tranquility. It is possible to accommodate up to 6 adults + children. The apartment is spread over two floors: GROUND FLOOR (without architectural barriers): living area with kitchen and double sofa bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom FIRST FLOOR: large bedroom with 2 large single beds (any other single beds / cots will be added on request).
The apartment is equipped with every comfort:
- fast and unlimited wireless internet
- air conditioning in every room
- TV, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hairdryer.
- kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linen
- dishes and everything needed for cooking
We are always present or reachable in a few minutes as we live in the same agricultural complex. For any need just ring the bell, call or send a message.
Attention: we are in the countryside about 3 km from the towns of Calcara, Crespellano and Anzola dell'Emilia; you need to have a means of transport to get around (public transport stops - metro, train, bus - are located in neighboring countries; as well as shops and restaurants)

We took our son to see the many car museums in the surrounding area - the location was perfect for this, a quiet haven to relax. The house is amazing, spotlessly clean and very roomy for 3 people. The air-conditioning was a godsend during the heatwave and our son was positively abscessed with the cats :-)
We never met Silvia but she provided everything we needed for a great holiday - we'd love to come back.
