About this villa rental
If you want to feel peaceful and experience charms of a holiday, we are inviting you to visit our Pet-Friendly beautiful VILLA "EAGLE" with a new heated and shaded swimming pool and badminton court in front, in the countryside surrounded by fruit trees and olive trees.
The villa is in the village of Svinišće, 5km from the river Cetina and 10 km from the sea, raised on highlands of the mountain Omiška-Dinara.
You will enjoy in a peaceful piece of paradise, lonely house for 8+2 people, 140m2 living space and 3000 m2 garden.
Villa is also suitable for friendly families.
For smaller groups (6 person) there is top floor (next to parking) with kitchen + dining room + living room + terrace for common socializing during the day + small toilet. That floor is connected by inner stairs with three bedrooms and big bathroom on the floor below.
For bigger groups villa has a separated bedroom unit plus bathroom on ground floor (next to gym room) for 2 persons.
For group up to 10 person there is sofa for two persons in living room (there is also sofa in one of three rooms below living room).
For eache person above 7 people, the price is 10 euros higher per person per day. Also, the price for each additional pet is 7 euros higher per pet per day.
This typical behind-a-mountain Dalmatian village is only fifteen minute's ride far from Omiš. The name of the village - Svinišće, translated from Croatian language means "wine region", located in hill, surrounded with forest, really looks spectacular - check out our photos.
We are offering you high quality private accommodation in peaceful surrounding. The villa is made 2014. Next to parking and main door at your disposal is a big living room and dining room ending in a terrace, with fully equipped kitchen and toilet. Three bedrooms downstairs (2 bedrooms kingsize bed and 1 bedroom 2 x single bed + sofa) and a big bathroom.
At the ground floor next to the swimming pool is seperated entrance for gym room and bedroom (kingsize bed) with bathroom.
In the front of the house, under the shade, there is terrace and big wood table for 10 persons, where you can have a lunch or a dinner while enjoying in a peaceful and breathtaking enviroment. Next to terrace is outdoor stone barbecue, and a big pool where you can relax and enjoy in beautifull view. In front of the terace is new badminton court for recreation ( guests should bring their own badminton equipment). Next to the heated swiming pool is playground for children, wood swing chair.
Swiming pool is in use from 20.04. - 20.10. The water heating in the pool is on from 20.04. - 25.05. and from 20.09. - 20.10. Above the pool and part of the sunbathing area with sun loungers, a structure was built in 2025. to instal a shade, The shade is installed between the end of June and the beginning of September.
There is no Wi-fi during winter (it can be available on request).
Homemade virgin organic olive oil and several marmelades (fruit from garden) are available for purchase at the villa.

We sometimes welcome our guests and (in agreement with the host) we prepare dinner (local food specialties) for them (min. 7 nights). You will also be able to taste ouer homemade products (organic) such as olive oil, cherry liqueur, marmalades, jam etc (all from ouer fruit trees).
Every morning (except Monday) 100 m from villa comes van with fresh bread, croissant, milk... Nearest shop is in neighboring village Kučiće 4km.
Only 10 km from us is Omis city, very small, but lovely and beautiful city on the Adriatic coast. Also, Omis is an ideal place to plan an active holidays or recreational weekend. Regardless of your sporting preferences, whether it be diving, wind-surfing, rafting or kayaking (on still-water or rapids), hiking, rock-climbing, hang- or paragliding, cycling or boating, this former refuge of pirates and buccaneers offers all of this on a background of exquisite natural beauty. Also, Omis got a zipline, one of the biggest in this part of Europe.
And don't forget, Split is only 30 km from us!
If you want to explore more you can easily reach Trogir (55 km), Makarska (35 km), Natural park Krka (94 km), Dubrovnik (206 km), islands Brač, Vis or Hvar, Međugorje and Mostar - BIH (150 km).
From the airport, you can take a taxi or rent a car. If you do not want to rent a car and just stay at villa, a home owner can pick you up at the airport and drive you around (extra charge).

We arrived late to the villa but Denis was more than accommodating and still met us there to show us around. Gifts of home made oils, cherry brandy and fresh produce from the garden had been left for us.The villa was fantastic! We spent most of the time there around the pool area, relaxing on the hammock or sun loungers and taking frequent dips to escape the heat.The villa was super clean, beds comfy and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay.Within a 15 minute drive you are in Omiš, which is a lovely town with lots of windy cobbled streets. We visited most days... to wander, grab dinner or visit a bakery (I Gemelli 5), and to enjoy many of the water based activities (rafting, kayaking & swimming). Highly recommend Pirate Rafting for a half day fun excursion with great guides.Denis was a great host, available via WhatsApp throughout our stay. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Denis' lovely house for a stay in this beautiful part of Croatia.

We chose the Villa for a relaxing 5 day break after a Croatian Cruise. The Villa is outstanding and Denis the owners attention to detail is superb.We loved the peaceful location and the fantastic views, it really did have the wow factor and was even better than the photos show.Denis is a proud man and has put a massive amount of work into the place to make it what it is, he was so helpful with everything and he also is a well known person in the whole town of Omis which is a beautiful place.We very rarely review places we visit but felt we had to on this occasion.We wish Denis and his family all the best for the future and our stay will leave long lasting memories.Thanks again Denis from Dean Alison Steve and Sharon

We spent a week at Villa Eagle and didn't want to leave! The house was newly built, clean and well equipped with views from the top floor balcony across the valley to the hills beyond. Fantastic facilities - small badminton court, gym equipment and pool. Sadly the weather was a bit changeable in September so sunbathing and dips to cool off was limited, but in the hot summer I don't think we would have left the villa. Super comfy beds, and it was so quiet we slept really well.
Dennis our host was lovely; nothing was too much trouble and he treated us to a traditional 'Peka' one evening. Best potatoes I've ever tasted!!

We came to Villa Eagle in 2017 and loved it so much that we rebooked it for 2018 as soon as we got home! The villa is well equipped, in a lovely peaceful location so you can get away from it all, yet close enough to the busy town of Omis to make it easy to make full use of the activities available in the Cetina canyon and Dalmatian coast. The pool is perfect for cooling off after a day sunbathing or sightseeing, and the extensive garden provides fabulous fresh produce, including tomatoes, peppers, and sweet juicy figs. Denis, Branka and their family gave us such a warm welcome, it was like catching up with old friends. Playing with Micko the cat was the icing on the cake!
