Property size and location were great. Needs better cleaning and care. Ceiling fans and window screens were full of dust. Also house is either too hot or too cold. Nest thermostats probably not appropriate for electric heating systems.

The proximity of this property to the lake is perfect. Unfortunately the house is very dated, and pillows had blood stains, sheets had red Koolaid stains. Two nights I had an ant crawling on me in bed while sleeping. The ants were in the bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There was also a lot of confusion on the usage of the kayak and bikes.
