Sleeps 9 - The house has been in the family for over 40 years and is now available for others to enjoy! House is on the 3rd row with partial ocean view and beach access right next to home. Wonderful memories to be made in a well stocked family friendly home. Board games and plenty of beach reads provided. Great front and side porch with rocking chairs to enjoy your beach getaway. Walking distance to local restaurants. Open den and kitchen area with lots of natural light, perfect for enjoying family time. Kitchen fully stocked including coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, all dishes, cutlery, pans , and glassware you could possibly need. Large island with 10 bar stools available for dining. Plenty of covered parking below. All rooms located on 2nd floor. 3 King rooms, 1 room with 1 Queen and 1 twin- luxury linens and beautiful beachy decor. Ceiling fans in each room. Sheets, towels, Wifi provided. Internet connected TVs in each room and large cable/ and internet connect TV in den ready to connect to your streaming accounts. House is located on a quiet section of North Myrtle with plenty of beach! NO Smoking please. A charming home- perfect to make beach memories!

Ties is a very nice place to stay. We stayed with our children and grand children over Thanksgiving. This is the second time we've stayed here. You feel like you're at home. Well stay here again in the future.

The home is a little older, it is in very good shape. Accommodations are wonderful for a vacation with extended family. The beach is only a few minutes walk away.

We enjoyed our stay at this house in N. Myrtle Beach. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The property is very roomy and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean.

The following was text to the owner:
- Found dirty dishes in cabinet.
- House was not clean as expected.
- House had more bugs than expected.
- House needs more light on stairways at night.
- Washing machine did not work (Fixed by homeowner)
- Enjoyed stay overall.
