I didn't know how to lock the door at the beginning and their staff came quickly to help. They whatsapp us at first few days to make sure everything is smooth. Very good service.
Beds are comfortable.

Location to hospital (reason for visit) we felt comfortable as wasn't a "showhome" . Had all the amenities we needed beds were comfy as were sofas.
Able to bring some of own decorations to personilse
Car parking was difficult due to the volumes of cars in the street
