Location it's amazing, close to a lot of amenities and to the historic center.
In general it's a very cozy apartment with character, but it could be cleaner, especially in the common areas of the building, the heater was leaking which the owners will for sure fix when they can.

Location and how comfortable the flat is. The parking space is lovely too
A shame the heater is off and you have to put it on as a guest when you arrive (it was quite cold when we arrived and the flat took a while to feel comfy)
The streets can be blocked and they don’t always reply on the intercome; we got lucky with a city minibus passing and opening as it would have been quite awkward to park the car temporarily and walk to the flat for the magnet with a toddler and a dog in tow.
The bed could use some new pillows as the ones provided are very flat and not comfortable

The position was excellent. And the apartment was very comfortable.
The heating wax on very high and it took us a long time to located the thermostat. Maybe mention in the instructions how to moderate the temperature.

The Location was fabulous
No bath fizzers as stated, not very clean visble dust, dirty mirror etc. I cut my foot on Glass shard on the floor. The fold out chair bed was really uncomfortable you could feel the wood battening.
