Big water views , great dock and ramp . Located on the Hilton side of Bear Creek. Short boat ride to Bomb Island to view the Purple Martins in flight from June thru September or watch from the dock, deck or porch daily.4 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Approximately 30 minutes to downtown Columbia and the University of South Carolina. About an hour to Augusta National Golf Club. Great spot to stay for the Masters Tournament. Easy access to marinas,restaurants and grocery stores in nearby Ballentine or Chapin. Lake Murray is over 50,000 acres and has approximately 600 miles of shore line. Great fishing and boating opportunities. 5 miles to downtown Chapin . Secluded family neighborhood.Huge deck 30x20 and great screened porch.

This entire community was pleasant and peaceful. The area around the home in the home was very neat and clean. Everything was accessible. The home itself was a perfect fit for my family. We will visit again. The Host instructions and information was clear and to the point.

Wonderful home to relax and reconnect with your family and friends. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The outdoor porch, deck and dock are wonderful. The home has everything you need and is right in the heart of Lake Murray. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

Pros - Great location, beautiful lake front property, good amount of bedrooms, beds were comfortable, stocked with amenities
Cons -Very dirty and dusty, if you move anything on a countertop there was 20 years of dust around it and my small children on the floor were covered in dust. The home was overflowing with the homeowners personal belongings, there was no room in the shower or fridge for any of our items. The shower needs a full upgrade, the door did not shut and created water all over the floor, there is no water pressure, and you just turn on all hot for barely warm water.
Overall it fulfilled our needs but I would definitely try another place before returning
