Very Nice and central apartment in the heart of Florence. Few steps from the famous Ponte Vecchio on the Arno river and all the main monuments of the city, like Pitti Palace and Uffizi Gallery.
The airconditioned house is located on the 2nd floor (50 stairs) of a 5-storey building. A spacious bedroom with bathroom, a small and charming kitchen overlooking a bright living area, where there is a comfortable sofa bed. Ideal for a couple or for a family with one or two children. City tax to be paid at check in: it amounts to 6 euros per night per person (up to 7 nights)

First- the location is great. As others have said, it is up a little hill and there are definitely stairs. Once your luggage is up, it’s not bad. Most of Italy is a lot of stairs so you get used to it. The unit itself is nice and clean. My only complaint would be the bed/ pillow situation. We weren’t expecting anything luxurious but the mattress us very thin and one of the pillows was so clumpy as if it was thrown in the washer and all the stuffing balled up. If the mattress were updated, it would’ve been 5 stars! Thanks Vanni!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we were looking for; close enough to sights but far enough away to not be right in the city center. Vanni was super easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. If you can’t do stairs then this apartment is not for you. The apartment is up a small hill and about 45 steps between 2 narrow stair cases. With heavy luggage it’s a challenge but if your up to it then this apartment is in a perfect location!

Due to travel complications we were only able to stay 1 of our 4 nights booked at the property. The locations was great and close to many of the historical sites. The apartment itself was extremely basic and dated, especially the bed which had no extra sheets and was a bit stiff. The apartment was mostly clean but we noticed some cobwebs.
