About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful pool home, which is perfect for two families. Our house is designer-decorated with upgraded tiled bathrooms and wood floors. There are two California king master bedrooms with en-suites. The remaining rooms include a queen bed and a children's room with full-over-full bunk beds, which share a hallway bathroom. All the rooms are equipped with 46+ inch TVs. The spacious living room has a queen pull-out sofa. The open-concept kitchen and dining room has plenty of seating for everyone.
We provide a pack-n-play, a single stroller, a double stroller, a highchair, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers. The game room features a STIGA ping pong table and cubbies with toys and games. The family room has a 60-inch TV and a DVD player. High-speed wireless internet is also included. Outside, you can relax in our new sparkling pool and in-ground jacuzzi. Additionally, there's a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, and extra chairs for your enjoyment.
All the bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.
This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 2 in our driveway ONLY - NO Street Parking. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.
Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102

A refundable $300 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.
Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.

The pool was amazing! We enjoyed it most evenings. The hot tub was hot and relaxing after wedding duties and festivities. The house was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Let's start with the positive:This house was a perfect set up for our needs and in close proximity to my son's school. We loved that there were two master suites and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean, well-equipped and ready when we arrived. We loved the backyard and it was definitely a big selling point for us.The negative:After we booked and paid, we were sent the contract with many oppressive rules. We felt like they were assuming we were going to break all of their rules and they outlined all of the punitive consequences. This was not a welcoming vibe AT ALL. Some of the rules included:Two cars only (including you CANNOT load/unload ever)You cannot have guests to the house that exceed the maximum occupancy (ever). So, we could not invite my son and a couple of friends over for a BBQ and'or swim. You cannot be outside AT ALL after 10. I feel like a responsible adult could sit out there and sit in the hottub as long as we were not making noise/problems.I feel like the rules could be framed in a different way. We WERE NOT the problem. We were two middle-aged adult families (in-laws) with our kids.The biggest issue was the fact that we did not feel comfortable or that we could relax. We felt like we were constantly be surveilled. In fact, we were quite disturbed when we found a hidden listening device (not disclosed to us that we could find) in the rec room/garage. Despite there being 9 visible outlets, this device was plugged...
