About this villa rental
In the heart of Auvergne, view of the Allier valley, in Vieille Brioude, Verena offers you, in a part of her house, on the ground floor, 3 comfortable guest rooms, each with its private bathrooms and a kitchen equipped. All our rooms have an independent entrance and are carefully decorated. All of these 3 bedrooms form the GITE, planned for 6 to 8 people. The Romance and Tropical rooms, equipped with a 160x200 bed, are each provided for 2 people. The 35m2 Loft with a 160x200 bed and a bunk bed can accommodate up to 4 people. Calm, space and personalized welcome. Household linen (sheets and towels) is provided. Remember to bring your own pool towel. A fully equipped kitchen of around twenty m2 is at your disposal. The basic groceries (coffee, tea, sugar, spices ...) are available free of charge. Cleaning fees and tourist taxes are included. Take the opportunity to relax, - the large covered terrace, the garden furniture and the trees and flowers - a barbecue - our 5 x 10 swimming pool with counter-current swimming - a ping-pong table. - garden, private parking Located 5 minutes from Brioude, you will appreciate the proximity of Lavaudieu (one of the most beautiful villages in France with its Benedictine abbey and its cloister), Puy en Velay, the Allier gorges and beautiful hikes In the region. Around: canoeing, kayaking, hiking and horse riding, fishing, tennis, bike rental ... Shops and restaurants nearby. Minimum of 3 nights. 30 € / night / person for 6 pers. minimum. 30 € / additional person with a maximum of 8 people Tourist taxes and cleaning fees are included. In July and August, Minimum of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday

A fantastic place to stay in a beautiful village, with a very warm welcome from the friendly and helpful hosts. The rooms and kitchen are well-equipped, the covered outdoor terrace provides a practical communal area with lovely views, whatever the weather and the swimming pool area is another great outdoor space to relax in with family and/or friends. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Verena and her family were very welcoming and helpful. Bedrooms were spacious, cool and comfortable and there were several different seating and eating areas outside, under cover and inside. The kitchen was one of the best equipped we have ever seen! The views were amazing, the property and surroundings really peaceful. Great cycling routes if you are prepared for hills. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Would highly recommend this to other families particularly with older children as each room is independent and self contained with its own en-suite facilities. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We hadden een zeer fijne vakantie. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, mooie locatie en fijne faciliteiten zoals ontbijt voor de eerste dag. Enige minpuntje was dat het zwembad aan de andere kant van het domein lag en niet direct aan de woning.

Maison très agréable, que nous avons occupée dans sa globalité. La maison permet une intimité aussi bien pour les vacanciers que pour les propriétaires. Verena était très soucieuse de nous faciliter le quotidien avec plein de petites attentions ( petit dej du premier jour, kit d'entretien , etc..).
