Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Mountain railway 1 km, ski lift 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school 1 km, sled run 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weisse Arena Flims/Laax 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee 3 km, Crestasee 1 km, Laaxersee 6 km.

in der wohnung ist alles vorhanden, nur ein geschirrspüler fehlt. die möbel sind etwas in die jahre gekommen aber nach wie vor in gutem zustand. der skibus vor der haustüre ist super. schöne aussicht in die berge.

Die Wohnung war sauber, zweckmässig und gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und in der Küche alles nötige vorhanden um gut zu kochen.
