loved the view something that can’t be beat! facility wise it was excellent, everything you could want, broadband was very good so was able to use my firestick, also got
lucky with parking right opposite too
seemed very cold in the bedroom despite 2 radiators, figured out the heating in the end as wasn’t on timer / calendar ( no instructions in the book ) but still noticeably cold in that one room.

Exceptional view and location. Everything you need was there and very clean.
Shower does not work properly it is either hot or cold. Property could do with smartening up a bit. But still good value for money.

The view from the living room is wonderful, by far the best thing about this place, with a table and chairs by the window. The rooms are all spacious apart from the kitchen. It's a quiet location. Spotlessly clean throughout. The wifi was very good. The inner lockbox with the keys worked perfectly.
I couldn't get in! The door code I was provided with didn't work. I tried it countless times, with help from neighbours and passers-by, to no avail. I waited outside in the cold wind for about 90 mins, hoping some friendly holidaymaker would come along, which they eventually did, and so I managed to get in. While outside in the cold, I phoned the owner repeatedly, but their Sky call-screening wouldn't let me through, On entry, I found the building was managed by Torbay Property, so I emailed them to no avail. I found the apartment was managed by Blue Chip, I web-chatted with Aiden, who gave me the same code again and promised to get back to me later, but didn't. The code printed in the folder was similarly wrong, as was the garden code, so I never accessed the garden. Consequently, every time I went out for groceries, I had to leave my Dad behind to open the door for me, or hope someone else would let me in. The fact the doorbell and none of the intercoms worked compounded this difficulty. Eventually, 6 days in to my holiday, a holidaymaker told me the code which was entirely different to the one I had, so only my last day there was trouble-free.
This is the 38th holiday let I've stayed in over the past couple of years. Every other one has provided some sort of welcome - a bottle of milk, wine, bread, biscuits, all sorts of things. This one didn't even provide little UHT pots or any soaps. As the nearest Londis was down 231 steps to the marina, after my difficulties gaining access and 2hrs waiting in the cold, this was the last thing I needed on arrival. The whole surrounding area is extremely hilly, and I would not recommend this place to anyone other than fell-runners and mountain goats. The train station and bus stops are not nearby, so you would need to arrive/leave by car or taxi.
Much of the apartment was rather shabby as if it hasn't been maintained in years.
