Super quiet, very clean, cozy. Biggest downside was the Limited hot water and wasps outside . ~10 min walk down into town, beautiful Mountain Views from every window in the apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was really nice and cozy. As you can read in some other reviews, I unfortunately also have to say that there are few options for storing clothes. We lived out of a suitcase for a week...that's fine too, of course, but a few hooks and hangers or shelves would be really good. The balconies are a bit small or narrow, but we were outside all day in October anyway. Otherwise everything was great! It's a 10 minute walk to the city, the key (3 pieces because you have to unlock three doors) is stored in a key safe. There was enough space at the table and sofa for the five of us. The stove (gas) and dishes were enough for us, but we only had breakfast and only cooked twice. There is a lot to discover in the apartment: hidden rooms, hidden water heaters and cupboards and glasses here and there. ;) A coffee machine would be great, of course we made do with the espresso maker on the gas stove. ;)

The location was great. Beautiful views out the windows, parking available, and a charming path through the woods and past the stream to go into town. The place is rustic (like most flats in a ski center)- more so than appears in the pictures, and the kitchen and bath areas are a little cramped but very useful. There are NO spices, dry goods, etc. in the kitchen - you have to bring everything with you to cook, but there is quite a nice selection of dishware. Our biggest problem was getting in to the house. The managing company sent many emails in advance asking us to register (passports etc.) and the instructions we received to find the keys were perfect. But USING the keys was a different story. I think its common in Europe (but not in the US) for door locks to click several times before the door opens. That was not explained. The instructions just said "if you have trouble with the key push it inside the lock.", and I think that was referring actually to the 2nd door of three that had to be unlocked to get into the unit - we couldn't open therein door to the building. We couldn't get the door open. Our cellular service wasn't working. We went into town and searched for a pay phone (wasn't working). Finally found a neighbor from down the street and asked if they would call the property managers - they did, and spoke to them in fluent Italian, but the connection was horrible, and they didn't learn anything new from the property manager, and ending up hanging up. Fortunately the neighbor was able to manage the key. Turns out that you needed to turn the key three complete revolutions, until you heard three clicks, and then you had to push against the very strong resistance (I had to use two hands) a fourth time, and then the door opened. It would have been helpful if this was part of the checkin instructions.

Very clean and nicely equipped and a wonderful view but faded. Needs a refurbishment/upgrade as you would expect a faucet that is fixated in the kitchen, not only egg-knocked plates etc.
