I chose this guest house as a place to stay with my pets while having work done on my home. It's quiet, convenient to local shopping and freeways, and a nice neighborhood to walk my dog. There's a private entrance which is nice. A very comfortable stay.

We rented this property for over a month and had a very good experience. The unit was spotless and well-equipped. We appreciated the private entrance with its own gate and tiny patio. Communication with the owner was excellent! All-in-all it was a great value in a very popular area and it was perfect for our needs.

I spent 3 nights at the garden unit. Very quiet street with ample parking (although there are some restrictions on part of the street during the day). The unit is at the back of the lot and has a small outdoor area shared with the upstairs unit. This is essentially a large studio. It has a small closet with ample room, a kitchen alcove (which is nice because it separates the kitchen from the living area), and a nice bathroom with a large shower). The room is equipped with all the amenities including TV, DVD, a work desk, sofa, and dining table. The place was very clean when I arrived and the bed was quite comfortable. This unit is 3 blocks from Ventura Blvd., so easy access to restaurants and shops.
I highly recommend not only the property but also the proprietor, Vicky. I've stayed in two of her properties for a total of 9 nights and have been very happy with not only the quality of the accommodations but also with her attention to detail. Her arrival packet includes not only the instructions for everything in the room but also recommendations for restaurants, markets, emergency numbers, etc. And, her prices are reasonable.

The property was very clean, well maintained and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable and decorated cute. We enjoyed our stay there. The bed was comfortable and we slept fine. The kitchen and bathroom were both well equipped with all the things anybody would need. Extras like a nice TV, books, games, puzzles and arrival snacks were also provided. We would certainly stay there again.
