Nice place in a quiet area of Villach approx 10 minutes walk from the railway station
Written Instructions for check in were very clear & easy to do at the machine on the day
There is a kettle/tea bags/microwave in reception for quests with a coffee/snack payment machine there as well
Good size comfy room
Good WIFI
Flashing light by the check in machine/front door needs fixing
Hot water took a while to come through
Lots of little steps to watch out for as no lift

Single room was modern and fairly spacious, nice shower. Automatic checkin procedure was simple and quick. The receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me contact friends in Villach after a mobile phone issue. Reasonable distance from railway station. Drink making facilities in reception.
Small issue, maybe state drinks facilities available in reception in instructions in room.

Hotel located in very center of Villach. Clean and quiet. Around hotel there are spaces to park cars on the street. Check-in and check-out is fully electronic and automatic.
