About this apartment rental

A beautiful and spacious apartment with an open view of the river mouth over gardens and out to sea. The apartment is on the ground floor, it is located on a peaceful residential street yet only five minutes walk into the vibrant village of Tynemouth with its boutiques, restaurants, award winning beaches and Metro station.

The romantic bedroom has french antique furniture and a wood burning stove, it has the luxury of its own dressing room and ensuite.

Next to the main bedroom is a tiny but cute small child's bedroom. It has a small single bed so only suitable for very young children. We can also provide a cot and high chair.

There is also a second double bedroom. This has a bed in an alcove so it is perfect for a single person but for a couple one person needs to sleep next to the wall.

There is a light and spacious living room with two leather sofas and a dining table in the bay window to make the most of the view. The apartment is south facing making it is very bright and sunny.

There is a bathroom, with a bath as well as the ensuite that has a walk in shower.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped and stylish. It has a dishwasher, washing machine and all that you would need for your holiday stay.

There is plenty of on street parking and there is a free parking permit. The apartment has a small south facing front garden.

We are happy for well behaved pets to stay, but please let us know first.

The apartment can be let along with Apartment B above for large groups of travellers.

We trust that the apartment is all that you could wish for in a holiday home and more besides.

My mother, sister and I stayed for a week celebrating my aunt’s 90th. This was a perfect setup for the three of us and the location was excellent. Love the proximity to the Metro and to the sea. Will definitely stay there again if we come back.
