About this house rental
The holiday home "Le Gwez" is located in a very quiet area situated at 1.8 km in the south of Matignon. The beaches (6 km) can easily be reached by car or by bike. The house was renovated in 2018 and 2023 (new living room). The property has a large enclosed garden (1200 sqm). The house has a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and 2 bedrooms: one room with a double bed (140 x 190) ans one room with two single beds (90x190 ans 100 x 200). The cottage "Le Gwez" is the ideal accommodation for a couple or a small family.
Matignon is a good location to discover the highlights of the Côte d'Emeraude (Emerald Coast). The main attractions of the region are all within a short distance (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap-Fréhel). If you like, you can also explore the varied coastal paths. In summer, there are water sports facilities in Saint Cast.
Sheets and towels can be rent for 10€ per person. Additionnal housekeeping may be arranged for an extra fee of 40€.

Wir waren im Juli 2022 zu viert (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) mit Hund im Haus. Es war alles da, was wir zum tägliche Leben brauchten, Internet und Tv funktionierten einwandfrei. Das Grundstück ist großzügig geschnitten und komplett umzäunt, was mit Kindern und Hund total klasse ist. In Matignon (ca. 5Min. mit dem Auto) gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, in dem man wirklich alles bekommt, was man benötigt. Die Cote d´Émeraude ist wundervoll, unser Urlaub war fantastisch. (..Marie Annick ist ein super lieber Mensch;-) ..) Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!

Accueil pas très chaleureux, problème de propreté , poussière, toiles d araignées, mauvaise odeur dans la véranda et odeur pénible dehors et beaucoup de mouches dans la maison sûrement dû à l élevage de cochons qui se trouve à côté. Dommage car la maison est grande, bien agencé, le jardin clôturé est très agréable.
