About this apartment rental
Wonderful historic estate handed down for generations, surrounded by the green of Tuscany.
We have 5 structures, including an independent villa, for a total of 26 beds, which can also be booked together. Each has an independent entrance and a magnificent view. Anna consists of two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, living room and kitchen.
Guests can enjoy a private space in the garden of the estate and enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and tennis court.
The Farm has over 17 hectares of land, including a vast truffle, a variegated orchard, and a large olive grove, in fact it produces extra virgin olive oil.
The structure also has a small private consecrated church.
The location is really idyllic and excellent for walking and relaxing.
We are close to the major cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, not to mention the fabulous seaside resorts with both beach and rock.
The village of Fauglia is a small historical center, reachable on foot in ten minutes. In the square there are three restaurants, two bars, an ice cream parlor and other small shops.

Freundinnen und ich haben mitte September eine Woche auf Fattoria Laviosa verbracht.
Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem großen, ruhigen Anwesen 20 Autominuten von Pisa entfernt. Das Gelände war gepflegt und schön angelegt!
Die Gastgeberin, Barbara, war herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben selten eine so schöne Betreuung erfahren! Außerdem wurde uns eine App zur Verfügung gestellt, mit der wir uns in der Umgebung zurecht finden konnten. So war es leicht, gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Attraktionen zu finden. Barbara hilft auch gern bei den Reservierungen in den Restaurants weiter.
Unser Apartment war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Tennisequipment wurde uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.
Alles in Allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Woche und kommen gerne wieder!
