Cosy, comfortable single-family house "Olimpia", detached. In the hamlet Poggio Del Papa 12 km from the centre of Castiglione Del Lago, outside the resort Vaiano, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 12 km from the lake. Private: garden 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (12 x 5 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking at the house. Bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "La Merangola" 14 km, thermal baths "Chianciano" 20 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Chiusi 9 km, Panicale 11 km, Città Della Pieve 17 km, Cetona 18 km, Cortona 30 km, Perugia 45 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Direkt an einer Straße die durch den schlechten Belag sehr laut ist und in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt ist. 12 Tage keine Poolpflege. Die Hydromassage hat 12 Tage nicht funktioniert trotz Info am 2.Tag an die Haushälterin. Eisbereiter im Kühlfach verschmutzt. Kühlschrank war nicht gereinigt. Viele Töpfe und viel Geschirr war verschmutzt. ...

Schön eingerichtetes Häuschen mit toller Aussicht. Der Garten ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet mit immer wieder kleinen Sitzgruppen umgeben von Grün. Der Pool ist eine Wucht, hat uns riesigen Spaß bereitet und ist der absolute Blickfang des umzäunten Geländes. Das Ferienhaus ist gut gelegen und man kann sehr schnell tolle Ausflugsziele wie Chiusi und Castiglione del Lago (mit Auto beides ca. 20Min), wie auch Perugia (ca. 50Min) erreichen.
Wir haben das Haus, den Pool und die tolle Gegen sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen:-)

We hebben echt een super fijne vakantie gehad met onze hond. De locatie is prachtig met een super uitzicht. Fijne faciliteiten bij het huis, en het zwembad met whirlpool is heerlijk bij dat warme weer. De tuin is goed omheind waardoor de hond lekker los in de tuin kon lopen. De gastheer was ook zeer betrokken en aardig en vroeg regelmatig of alles naar wens was. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig in de omgeving want het dorpje is best afgelegen en je hebt in het dorp zelf weinig faciliteiten.

Huis is ok,mits aanpassingen wordt dit een TOP lokatie. - renovaties keukens - nieuwe vaatwas (stinkt en ziet er niet zo fris uit - heb ik zelf gekuist bij aankomst) grote frigo beneden voorzien (nu veel te klein en vervelend dat deze boven staat) WIFI zwak grondigere schoonmaak, heb zelf haren uit afvoerputje verwijderd (zeker gezien schoonmaakkosten 100 € bedragen) Gezellige tuin mooi zwembad Mooie omgeving Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar (stuurt veel info via XXX)
