"Casa Federico", in a quiet area near the center and in a small residential village, is a small apartment with all the comforts you are looking for.
A bathroom, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a nice yard where you can relax and enjoy the romantic summer wind.
It has a TV, wi-fi connection, air conditioning, washing machine and, on request, there is the possibility to host a third guest.
"Subway stops", "metro A" at ten minute walking distance or with bus no. 49 that stops at 100 m from the apartment and in 15 minutes
Also, in only a few minutes, you'll be at the Gemelli Hospital, at the IDI (Dermathological Institute) and at the Ergife Hotel for competitive exams, conferences, conventions and exhibits.
Everything else you may need, you can easily find in the neighborhood at walking distance: pharmacy, bar, bakery, supermarket, restaurant, pub, cinema, open air market, and the Pineta Sacchetti park, that overlooks, in a beautiful view, Saint Peter's Dome.

From the moment we booked this gem it made our trip so much better. Roberto was always attentive and asking if everything was good throughout our visit in Rome. He had a map for us detailed with all of the necessities with bus stops and metro stops. While there if we had a questioned we received a detailed answer and he followed up as well. He is an amazing host and his place was exactly as described. We enjoyed a family dinner on the beautiful terrace as well. Definitely a must stay place when in Rome! Grazie Roberto!!

My girlfriend and I had a lovely 7 nights stay at Casa Federico. The apartment is clean, warm and comfortable. The host, Roberto, was very friendly and helpful. He provided all the information we needed. Also he greeted as with a champagne for our New Year's Eve. The location is not perfect. If you want to use the metro only, then you need to be prepared to walk uphill at least 12 minutes. You can take a bus to go up, but in the evening we had to wait a lot for those buses, so we rather walked. Overall, I would recommend everyone to stay at Casa Federico and enjoy the beauty of the city of Rome.
