Die Lage ist super! Man ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum von Friedrichshafen. Die Agentur, welche es vermietet ist super und informiert rechtzeitig über die Hausregeln, die Anfahrt etc. Wir waren positiv überrascht, da es auf der booking.com Seite nicht ersichtlich war, dass die Wohnung mit zwei Duschen mit je einem Waschbecken und einer Toilette und dann zusätzlich noch eine einzelne Toilette ausgestattet ist. (Komplett also 2 Duschen, 3 Waschbecken und 3 Toiletten). Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Es hat kaum Schneidebretter - was nützlich ist, wenn man kochen möchte. Zudem hat es sehr schlechte Messer. Diese könnte man aufrüsten.

Sehr gute Lage, die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten, schöne große Terrasse. Alles da, was man braucht. Sogar Kaffeebohnen für den Vollautomat.
die Ausstattung billigst, die Möbel etwas runtergekommen. Beschattung zum Teil defekt, nur über eine App bedienbar, wer sich nicht mit der App auskennt ist arm dran. Für die Wohnungsgrösse viel zu wenig Parkplätze. Eine Gummiabzieher für den Boden im Bad (da keine Duschwand, wäre schön;-)
