Sailing's Island Rooms

Couldn't recommend enough! I will be recommending friends and family to visit..extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming, great location beside the beach. Was able to have tea/coffee and make breakfast in the kitchen all included, nice selection of books to read, bed was very comfortable, free wifi, was able to leave my bags before check in, lovely place to walk around. Cinnte go mbeidh mé ar ais!

Very friendly staff, Helped me out with every request I had. Very convenient location and great value for money.

Our host Aine was warm and welcoming when we arrived. Our room was spotless, with excellent comfortable beds, spotless ensuite, tea, coffee and water supplied in our room. There is a lovely common well-stocked kitchen/ dining area with views out to the water. Though breakfast is not advertised, we were to be able to make a lovely breakfast with the bread, fruit, milk and coffee supplied. Aine had lots of advice about lovely Inis Oirr, and we very much appreciated her kindness and hospitality.

Nothing could have been better. Wonderful stay and I hope to return again soon

The room was very, very small, but clean.

- Wobbly toilet, so you constantly wondered whether or not it falls down with you - DVD player didn't work (either that, or all of the DVDs we tried were broken) - The host never replied to any of our sms-es, so I can't really comment on his/her friendliness - You have to open the window while you're showering and, except maybe for July and August, it gets really cold - We got 2 complimentary cookies for 3 people... i guess sharing is caring All in all, we pretty unimpressed. My partner said "this room is a joke" and i think it sums up well our experience.
