This family (father & daughter) run boutique hotel is run with a central focus on supporting travellers. The staff's kindness is amazing and extends far beyond what one can reasonably expect. "Restaurant closed? No worries, we'll get you something to eat." "Need to be at the airport at 5:30? No worries, we'll get you there. We'll prepare you a packed breakfast you can eat later at the airport." Perfect as a Brussel's airport hotel, but we will stay there again, even if we are not flying. Excellent restaurant. Many thanks to the staff for your excellent service!

Friendly staff, fast connection from airport via train.
Hotel is really close to runway, so the sound of airplane taking off is really loud. Might be a problem for sensitive sleepers

No hot water in the shower in the afternoon. Next day morning shower was ok.
