Sehr gute Ausstattung, sogar ein Kaffeevollautomat mit Bohnen vorhanden, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, diverse Getränke als Willkommensgruß, 2. Toilette, Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustür. Aufzug, Sehr ruhige Lage, da Wohnung Richtung Berg gelegen.
