The cleanliness of the place, close to all transportation within London and quiet , lovely staff at the reception.
The shower was not great, could do with changing the head shower.

The beds Were Super comfortable and clean as was the ensuite shower and Toilet. Loads of sockets for charging devices. The room was very warm and cosy.
Couldn't find my booking at first and it was a bit concerning when checking in at 9 pm after a very long drive. Finally found it though so panic subsided. No Mirrors in the room, so for a room that sleeps 5 it would need more if multiple friends staying. Decor was VERY basic. No Tea and coffee facilities. Biggest issue was no-means of contacting reception for checkout as it was not manned and no obvious method of key drop or car park exit we nearly missed our 10 am appointment.
Overall, it was ok for us to get our heads down as it was close to our appointment location.
