The three-room apartment is located inside the Residence Felice consisting of 14 apartments. It was opened in May 2014 and offers silence and tranquility.

It is located 300 meters from the sea, 150 meters from the railway station, 1.5 kilometers from the A10 motorway (Celle Ligure exit).
Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport is about a 25-minute drive away. Milan Malpensa and Linate airports are about an hour and a half away by car. Nice airport is about an hour and a half drive away.
The Felice Residence can be a good starting point to visit:
- The aquarium of Genoa and the city
- Portofino, Rapallo, Le Cinque Terre, Arenzano and its crib
- Sassello and its famous amaretti factory
- Albisola with its fine artistic ceramics
- Sanremo, known for the Song Festival in February
- Cannes, which hosts the Film Festival in May
- Montecarlo and the Principality of Monaco.

We had a nice stay, the apartment had 2 bedrooms and enough space, was very clean and equipped with the basics. Communication was easy, in French or English. For a vacation stay I would say perfect. Our kids really enjoyed the jacuzzi and garden. It is really close to the center/beach with many nice restaurants. Parking was also great to have on site. Price quality ration for us was perfect.

Overall really nice , but a bit basic which is down to the owner
No kettle , not enough glasses / mugs.
Pool is lovely, view was fantastic.. so can’t complain too much.
