The communication with the host was excellent. Allowing us to check in a little earlier which allowed us to have a walk before settling into the property. I’ve visited the property before & Alan met us with the keys to let us in. On the Sunday the water supply went off but Veronica messaged me straight away & provided bottled water immediately & kept us informed when the supply came back on. Really excellent & on it nothing was to much. It’s a lovely place for a lovely relaxing stay with friends x

There’s nothing not to like about the property x

We spent a lovely week in this cottage over the New Year celebrations and it was great! The house is beautifully kept—spotlessly clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Internet connection is good. Superb bed linens and towels (way above expectations). The road access is excellent with plenty of parking space, which made arrivals and departures hassle-free. The hosts, who live next door, were incredibly warm and welcoming. The surrounding area offers lots of great places to explore, and the hot tub was an absolute highlight- perfect for relaxing in the winter evenings! We’d highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

Nothing to worry but, but the following would be valubale to improve * Wi-fi password is way too complex, I was struggling a bit to put it into multiple device we have. Ideally switch to easy password and from extender to mash network. Although I repeat connection overall was good, much better than in other similar places we stayed. * Non-stick frying pans due to be replaced.

The location is stunning, right by the estuary. The property has everything you need and is maintained and set up to a very high standard. Veronica and Alan, the owners, were very attentive and welcoming and nothing was too much bother. A lovely stay in a beautiful area.
