Great location and felt secure. Nice pool area. On the Paseo so have lots of shops, bars, restaurants and beach as you walk out of the building.
Very dated bathrooms. Need refurbishing with walk in showers. Decor and furnishings rather tired. Not a single mirror in any of the 4 bedrooms. Not spotless as I was hoping for (hairs on floor etc. Used make up wipe inside wardrobe). HUGE cockroach in the bedroom on our arrival late at night crawling up the curtains! Ugh! Good job it fell and my sister saw it and we did the necessary to get rid of it. But it probably wasn’t the only one. Neither of us slept well that first night and had to check under all the furniture.

The location is good, the sea view is superb, pools are nice. Spacious apartment. Plenty of kitchenware. The fridge, washing machine, cooker, dishwasher, aircons are all new. Fuengirola is a nice place for a holiday with a wide sandy beach. plenty of restaurants, cafeterias, shops, and supermarkets. The train goes from the Malaga airport to Fuengirola. Cheap and fast.
The apartment requires a spring cleaning and some money expenditure(to be fair -the kitchen renovation has been recently done ).

The location and pool area was very good and very well-kept
A lot of maintenance work would need carried out in this apartment and badly needs decorated a very tired looking apartment
