Marriott’s Newport Coast is a fractional ownership resort, with inventory managed like a hotel. All villas feature the same upscale layout, furnishings, and amenities. While room views and locations vary, we can submit building or floor preferences to Marriott on your behalf, though these cannot be guaranteed.
Approximately half of the villas offer views of the golf course and nature preserve. The other half offers distant ocean views. While a request for an ocean view can be made, it cannot be guaranteed. Please note this resort is not directly oceanfront.

Parking was awesomely easy, spacious and well appointed rooms. Karen an awesome staff member fully assisted us in finding my friends’ hearing aid that was lost!!!! Then found, and she was kind enough to call me and let me know! Now in the process of having it Fed Exed back!!! How AMAZING THAT KAREN really cared. EVEN FOLLOWING UP after we had checked out! That speaks Volumes!

Great location. Two bedroom unit was perfect for us. The unit was on the same level as parking which made it easy for the 4 senior citizens to go in and out of the unit.
