New and high quality furnished apartment with separate entrance, roof terrace and individual garage. Bikers are also very welcome.
The street in which the apartment is located is a dead end and therefore very quiet.
You can enjoy the sun on the wonderfully large roof terrace until it sets behind the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress.
The next bus stop is approx. 200m away. The buses to Koblenz run every half hour on weekdays and take around 10 minutes to get to the city center or back towards Arzheim.

Es ist eine sehr schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden, was ein Mensch (wirklich) braucht. Ein Objekt/eine Ferienwohnung der vielen (unbegrenzten) Möglichkeiten. Sowohl innerhalb der Wohnung als auch im Außenbereich ist vieles möglich (u.a. eine tolle Terasse mit der Möglichkeit sich auch hinters Haus zu setzen, großer Fernseher). Auch in der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist vieles möglich (Festung, Burgen, Schifffahrten, wandern, bummeln, Kaffee/Kuchen/Eis/Bier und Wein; tolle Lokalitäten und Geschäfte usw...). Wir haben Lust auf einen erneuten Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung.

Die Wohnung bietet einfach alles. Sie ist super sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Der Ausblick ist besonders abends wunderschön. Der Sonnenuntergang hat die Festung in einem traumhaften rot angestrahlt. Die Vermieter haben an alles gedacht. Sogar Gassibeutel für die Hunde lagen bereit. Wir waren nur drei Nächte in Koblenz, haben die Zeit wirklich genossen.

Alles wie beschrieben und nette Eigentümer. Obst, Süssigkeiten und diverse Getränke standen schon in der voll ausgestatteten Wohnung.
